Personally I love having smoothies for breakfast as they keep me going all morning and don’t cause me to bloat or feel lethargic like other breakfast foods. It is a great way to sneak vegetables into your diet first thing in the day whilst masking the taste with sweeter flavours. The recipes below are designed to include 1 - 2 potions of your daily fruit and vegetable intake. No need to drink responsibly - enjoy!
